You need two things: the repair request number from your booking confirmation, which looks like RR-BLR-0001, and the email address or mobile number you booked with. Both are checked, so a number on its own shows nothing.
Booked while signed in? Your account lists every repair you have sent us, with its full history, and no request number to type.
