Component-level (L4) board repair
Most repair chains handle a motherboard fault by replacing the motherboard. We fix the component that actually failed. That means tracing the fault on the board, reworking or replacing the individual IC, and re-testing — L4 repair, in the industry’s own grading.
The economics are straightforward: a board swap can cost more than half the value of the phone, and a component replacement rarely does. The work runs on an ESD-protected floor with BGA rework stations.
-
Fault finding, not part swapping
We identify the failed component rather than replacing everything around it.
-
ESD-controlled floor
Static protection throughout, because board work is unforgiving of shortcuts.
