Pattern unlocking
The standard fix for a forgotten pattern is a firmware reflash, which takes your photos and messages with it. We unlock without wiping wherever the device allows it.
We only do this on proof of ownership — the original bill or box, and ID matching the booking. That restriction is the point: a service that unlocks anything handed to it is a service for stolen phones.
